We launched with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate with that same hands-on approach. When you call, you reach me or someone I would trust at my own home. We are family-run, so if something is not right with a unit, we take responsibility and handle it that same day.
I track every job on one board in the office, and each driver reviews it before heading out. When we tell you Tuesday morning, that is exactly when we show up. If anything changes, I reach out to you before you need to reach out to us.
